2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Content Responsibility
The Council does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content posted by members. All content is submitted by independent users and does not necessarily reflect the views or beliefs of the Council.
4. Platform Usage Rules
- Do not post or promote content that is illegal under Singapore law (e.g. incitement to violence, threats, child exploitation).
- Do not impersonate, harass, or target others.
- Do not share private personal information (doxxing).
- Do not post spam, phishing links, or malware.
5. Protection Against Abuse of Authority
We reserve the right to reject takedown, access, or censorship requests from government agencies, including but not limited to those filed under POFMA or OCHA, if such requests are deemed by us to:
- Lack due process or judicial oversight
- Be politically motivated or suppress dissenting opinions
- Target truthful content that challenges dominant narratives
The Council may disclose information only if legally compelled by a valid court order issued by a neutral and competent court of law. All other forms of data or access requests will be rejected unless due process is strictly followed.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to ban or restrict any user who violates these terms or engages in bad-faith activities against the platform or its members.
